Calendar

Troop 8 is a year-round Scout troop that meets weekly and participates in outdoor activities every month, along with service projects and other Scouting events. Weather and safety permitting, the troop averages 20–24 camping nights each year, plus a six-night summer camp or high-adventure trip.

Scouts also have opportunities to participate in programs such as the Order of the Arrow, National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT), and other council-sponsored activities.

Our troop calendar is planned by the Patrol Leaders’ Council (PLC), which meets monthly to organize campouts and weekly meetings through a youth-led leadership process.
